Does a customer need a Google account to leave a review?
Yes. Reviews can only be written by logged-in users. A Gmail address isn’t required — but a Google account is.
Does it work on every smartphone?
QR works on virtually any smartphone. NFC works on modern iOS/Android devices — and QR is always your fallback.
Is this a subscription?
No. You purchase the product. No login, no service administration.
Can I change the link later myself?
No. TRUZZER is not self-service — contact support for re-setup.
Can you prevent bad reviews or filter for only happy customers?
No. Reviews cannot be manipulated or selectively collected. TRUZZER reduces friction — the customer still decides what they write.
Can we offer incentives (e.g., "10% off for a review")?
Google prohibits incentives (discounts, gifts, free services) in exchange for reviews and also forbids selectively soliciting only positive reviews. If you want to stay safe: ask for honest feedback without any reward.
