Step 1: Customer scans the QR code
To leave a review, the customer simply points their smartphone camera at the code on the sticker.

• On iPhone, a pop-up appears on the screen.
• On Android/Google phones, a QR-code icon will show up.

Step 2: Customer is taken straight to the review form
The review form opens immediately, and the customer can submit their feedback—just like that!
